1. On what operating systems is NSPECTRA developed and tested?

   • NSPECTRA is currently being developed on PC's running MS Windows NT. However the program can be run on other operating systems by using suitable compilers

    

2. What types of computer hardware is used for the development and testing of NSPECTRA?

   • Intel Pentium based processor
