If you are experiencing problems with IDARC, send e-mail describing the problem to REINHORN@buffalo.edu.
Before submitting a problem report, please verify that you have applied the latest patches to your copy of IDARC. In addition, please read the FAQ to see if this problem has already been solved, and check the current list of known problems to determine if this problem is already being investigated.
We will attempt to resolve all reported problems as quickly as possible, and we will contact members of the users group as soon as we have a solution to their problem. We will attempt to support all reasonable computers and operating systems; however, currently we can only verify the software on a limited number of platforms.
Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem and the computer system that it is occurring on.
We will contact you if we need more information, such as if we have trouble reproducing the problem you describe, or if we believe we have a solution to your problem.
